The Mums and Bubs Classes are specifically designed by our teams of physio's for the needs of you and your new baby to focus on safety and recovery.
Our classes will provide a fantastic opportunity for you to get back into exercise, rebuild your core and abdominal muscles that are weakened during pregnancy, and tone up overall.
The classes are suitable for Mums and their babies of up to 12 months old and a great way for your baby to play and interact in a safe and stress-free environment. Mum's do the exercises and can look after their babies during the class, when they require attention, or if there in a playful mood you can include them in the workout and use them for a little extra weight.
The classes include:
- Baby Appropriate Music - to help them calm down and even better, sleep!
- Use of the Pilates Equipment, Small devices and Mat work - to ensure your body gets the support and resistance it needs!
